     2. no pressure to join. ever!

     3. wear comfortable workout clothes.

     4. gloves are available at no charge. please feel free to bring your own if you have them.

     5. expect to have a great workout with a fun group of people.

hello Everyone,
I want to thank each and every one of you for your continued support. The online classes have worked out better that I expected and the feedback has been great. Still being able to help everyone physically, emotionally, and definitely mentally, I am very thankful for. This school truly is family and I know we will get through this together.
I would like to update you on a little addition to the school to help with social distancing. I have a few pictures to let you see the progress of our new 'little addition'.......

This is bootcamp with "a Kick"! anyone who wants a fun and fast-paced workout will love these bootcamp classes.

we do all your  calorie torching bootcamp moves and add some kickboxing drills as well. it's not just ropes, push-ups and squats, it's elbows, knees, and uppercuts. 

bootcamp is a sweat drenching, intense workout from start to finish and loads of fun!

Like all of my classes, it caters to all fitness levels.

Please go on line and download the app on your computer or phone. there you will be able to "join a meeting" you will need a meeting id # and a password. then join "with video" (providing you are dressed properly :)  at that point you will be in the "waiting room" and i will let you in. your family members and pets are more that welcome to join me.
