Here's what you should expect for your first class.
1. your first kickboxing or bootcamp class is free.
2. no contracts or pressure to join. ever!
3. wear comfortable workout clothes.
4. gloves are available at no charge. please feel free to bring your own if you have them.
5. bring a water bottle. you are going to sweat.
6. expect to have a great workout with a fun group of people.
Advanced Kickboxing is a class for those who want to take their training one step further, using the workout drills in a more realistic situation. advanced drills, Light sparring, take downs, and light ground fighting defense are a few of the things we will be doing. This is an excellent hands on self-defense class. Or should i say "gloves on"......
A Knowledge of basic strikes, proper footwork and control is needed to be able to participate in this class, all of which you will learn in the kickboxing and bootcamp classes.

This is bootcamp with "a Kick"! anyone who wants a fun and fast-paced workout will love these bootcamp classes.
we do all your calorie torching bootcamp moves and add some kickboxing drills as well. it's not just ropes, push-ups and squats, it's elbows, knees, and uppercuts.
bootcamp is a sweat drenching, intense workout from start to finish and loads of fun!
Like all of my classes, it caters to all fitness levels.

we combine Kickboxing drills and heavy bag work with a variety of BODY WEIGHT RESISTANCE EXERCISES, creating a Fat Blasting, Muscle burning, Body Toning, sweat inducing Workout. From beginner to total butt kicker, my classes cater to all fitness levels.
